Maruva's role
Maruva coordinates private yacht experiences in Los Cabos and acts as a single point of contact. Charter services are provided by independent, licensed operators. The operator remains responsible for the vessel, crew, navigation, and safe operation of the charter.
Availability and vessel confirmation
All yacht options are subject to live availability. Before payment, Maruva will identify the specific vessel and provide the relevant operator details and documentation used in its verification process.
Pricing and inclusions
Prices shown on the website are per group and in USD. The final offer will state the charter price, selected extras, taxes, marina fees, and applicable cancellation terms together before payment. Crew gratuity is not included unless the final offer expressly says otherwise.
Payment
After you select an available option and the vessel is confirmed, Maruva will provide the applicable secure payment link and payment instructions. Do not send card details through chat or email.
Weather, safety, and itinerary
Safety decisions belong to the captain and operator and may be affected by port closures, sea conditions, weather, or official instructions. If unsafe conditions prevent the trip, the rescheduling and cancellation terms provided before payment will apply.
Guest responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate group information, follow captain and crew safety instructions, comply with applicable law and marina rules, and disclose relevant accessibility or special-service needs early enough for the operator to assess them.
Changes and cancellations
The specific cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and change terms for your selected vessel will be shown before payment. Those confirmed terms govern the charter.
