When you send a charter request, Maruva collects the information you choose to provide, including your name, email, mobile number, country of residence, preferred contact channel, preferred date, date flexibility, group size, occasion, Cabo stay area, budget, experience preferences, selected extras, and any notes you add.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, check availability, prepare relevant yacht options, coordinate your experience, communicate with you through your selected channel, maintain service records, and improve the request and booking experience.
Operators and service providers
Maruva may share the trip details reasonably needed to check availability or coordinate service with independent, licensed operators in Los Cabos and with service providers that support our website, communications, payments, or business operations. We do not ask you to send card details through chat or email.
Analytics and advertising measurement
Where enabled, Maruva may use analytics and advertising technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand visits, request activity, and campaign performance. These technologies may receive device, browser, page, and event information according to their own terms and your browser or platform settings.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, operational records, dispute prevention, and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your request, or ask us to stop non-essential follow-up. Use the WhatsApp contact available on the Maruva website and include enough information for us to identify the request.
